FAQs: Ordering Photographs

How do I order photographs?

Below are the steps to access and order photographs from your private proof gallery. If at any time you need assistance with the order process, please contact us!

1. Click the link provided in the email you received from Memories Thru Megapixels and enter the password contained within the email.  Alternatively, you can go to www.memoriesthrumegapixels.com, click Client Galleries from the menu bar and enter the password contained within the email.
2. You will be presented with thumbnails of all images within the gallery.  Select any thumbnail to view a larger size of the image.
3. You can now go through the entire gallery using the directional arrows at the upper right-hand side of the screen.
4. When you find an image you would like to purchase, select the BUY button and then Select Product.  You will be presented with a list of available products such as wallets, 4 x 6 prints, 5 x 7 prints, etc.  The product list is developed through discussions with you as well as what products are available from third party vendors.
5. Select the product you wish to purchase, enter in the quantity and then select Add to Cart.
   • If you wish to buy more products using this photograph, click on Buy More Products with Selected Photos.  Select the next product you would like to purchase, enter the quantity and then select Add to Cart.  Continue until you have ordered all the products you desire.
   • If you are finished with this photograph, click on Continue Shopping to bring you back to the gallery.
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 until you have finished your order.  You will have an opportunity to preview your cart and configure any photographs (e.g. crop) as part of the checkout process.
7. When you are finished with your order, you need to view your shopping cart.  The shopping cart can be accessed in several ways:
   • Select Cart (#) on the upper right-hand corner of the screen OR
   • Select the BUY button and then select View Cart OR
   • Select View Shopping Cart from the product confirmation page 
8. Once you are viewing the shopping cart, review each image with respect to cropping. Begin with the first image and select the link Cropping: Centered (needs your confirmation). You will see the first image in the cart with the proposed cropping.  You are free to modify the cropping if desired.  Click the NEXT button on the bottom right-hand portion of the screen to move to the next photograph.  When you are through the list of photographs, click the DONE button.
9. You are now ready to checkout.  To complete checkout, select the CHECKOUT NOW button.  You will be presented three options:
   • Register/create an account allowing you to view order history, save shopping cart and favorites as well as check out faster in the future
   • Login if you have already registered/created and account
   • Check out as a guest where you will receive an email with a link to track your order status after the order is placed
10. Once in the checkout process, you will be asked for shipping address and payment information.  You will have the option to confirm the order one more time.
